High temperatures over the weekend were near 80 away from the ocean on Saturday, and in the low 80s yesterday, as expected.  In fact, it reached as high as 84 at Newark Liberty Airport on Sunday afternoon.

With clouds and the threat of some showers today, we'll have some temperatures that'll be lower, probably no better than the low to middle 70s inland, which may be a little bit of a reach.   It may be a little bit cooler near the beach and boardwalk.  The best chance of some showers today will be near the Delaware River and Northern and Western Counties.

The shore and coastal counties may have little or no shower activity for the daylight hours today, although that could be subject to change.

We'll all get a shot of some rain and showers tonight and into tomorrow.  Temperatures tonight will be mostly into the 60s, maybe a few 50s along the coastline with a wind from the southeast.

It'll be no better than the low 70s or upper 60s for tomorrow, with some rain and showers likely for Tuesday.

Wednesday could be clearing out, or we may have some leftover showers.  I'm not quite sure just yet.

But the weather at the end of this work week and the weekend looks okay, at least of now.
