The weekend just concluded;  Saturday was a major problem, Sunday was not.

Saturday was filled with showers and thunderstorms, some which produced heavy downpours and damaging winds, which produced power outages.  For example, in Monmouth County-Freehold, the fair was wiped out for much of the time.

Sunday, there were just a few showers in far southern New Jersey and north of Route 78.  The majority of the state did not have any rain on Sunday, thankfully.

Well today, we'll have clouds and some sunshine.  There may showers  in a few spots in Southern New Jersey and near the Delaware River.  Much of the state may be rain-free today and also tonight.  Highs today will be in the lower 80s, though it'll be in the 70s near the beach and boardwalk.

There'll be a shower or thunderstorm threat, once again, for Tuesday with more clouds than sunshine.  Highs tomorrow just in the low 80s.

And there may be a shower or thunderstorm chance for Wednesday, too, with just in the 80s.
