While "clipboard guy" has everyone questioning if the professionals really know what they're doing in handling Ebola, here's an article where Sanjay Gupta demonstrates how even wearing a hazmat suit isn't necessarily foolproof.

The guy with no protective Hazmat gear seen with the crew transferring the latest Ebola victim onto a plane is the protocol supervisor of the medical airline Phoenix Air. People are questioning how it makes sense to have everyone else in protective gear if you're going to have this guy in plain clothes as close to the patient as they were.

The answer comes from a company spokesperson. "Our medical professionals in the biohazard suits have limited vision and mobility and it is the protocol supervisor's job to watch each person carefully and give them verbal directions to ensure no close contact protocols are violated." Uh, ok. Isn't that a close contact protocol violation in and of itself? See the clipboard guy here.
