Gov. Chris Christie gives his second major policy speech in New Hampshire as he tries to keep his floundering presidential hopes alive.

Today, he talks taxes.

Christie will call for a flatter tax code, cuts in most tax rates, as well as reduced regulation, expanded innovation, and developing more opportunities for middle-class families.

The flat tax idea is a favorite of conservatives, but Christie is offering his own twist.

Christie laid out his ideas ahead of today's speech in an article he penned for the Wall Street Journal.
