Christie is gaining steam in the state that holds the first primary on February 9th.

Following some major endorsements and a bump in the polls, his supporters say there's a palpable surge in excitement heading into the new year.

Christie wanted to continue the momentum on this past weekends tour through New Hampshire.

At the moment, he is vying for second place with the field still trailing Donald Trump by a wide margin.
