Is Gov. Chris Christie the new Teddy Roosevelt?

Legendary presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin believes there are similarities.

Goodwin spoke at Rider University this week, where she drew the link between the pair's direct, confrontational style of leadership.

She feels that both men revel in a brawling style of politics, enjoying taking on their opponents.

Goodwin also does not believe that Bridgegate will be a death blow to Christie's potential presidential candidacy.
