The feud goes on.

Gov. Christie has accused former Gov. Richard Codey of blocking the judicial nomination of Attorney General Paula Dow to the Superior Court, calling Codey "unbelievably partisan."

Speaking Thursday on a broadcast media outlet, Christie said Codey has refused to sign off on Dow's nomination even though he's supported her for previous positions.

Codey called Christie "childish."

Codey just interviewed Dow, who was nominated about two weeks ago, and plans to make his decision soon.

Christie and Codey have long been at war. Things escalated recently after Christie, a Republican, fired two Codey allies from their government jobs and canceled the Democrat's security detail.

Codey served 14 months as governor after Jim McGreevey resigned in 2004. He's been mentioned as a possible challenger to Christie in 2013.
