Christie back on main stage for Thursday debate due to surge in New Hampshire
Gov. Chris Christie will be on the main stage for the next GOP presidential debate.
He has been slotted number 5 in a seven person face-off.
His rising polls in New Hampshire got him on the main stage with front-runner Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush, and John Kasich.
Getting bumped from the main stage are Rand Paul and Carly Fiorina.
The FOX Business Network is sponsoring the debate Thursday night beginning at 6 p.m. before the main stage starts at 9 p.m.
Christie's national numbers along would not have qualified him for the debate.
But FOX is taking into consideration his surge in New Hampshire.
