After today's sentencing of Arthur Morgan III for the intentional drowning death of his own 2 year old daughter, Bill and I took calls on whether the death penalty should be reinstated. Even the judge presiding over today's sentencing spoke publicly about life without parole being a poor alternative for someone like Morgan.
