Cherry Hill Autistic Child Case – Are We Going Overboard?
I think we’re getting carried away with the Cherry Hill-autistic child affair. An abuse of a particularly vulnerable child? It appears so.

But now there’s a media-driven paranoia about what goes on in the classroom. “How widespread IS Special Student abuse? “ and “We need more oversight and controls.” Folks, relax. This case is an anomaly. The lions’ share of teachers in the New Jersey classroom are capable, well trained, compassionate, and competent. So, put down the pitchforks, the battering ram, put out the torches, send the baying hounds home and relax. Your kids are in good hands.
