LAWRENCEVILLE — New Jersey is on a hot streak of lottery winners with eight big winning tickets sold this week.

The  jackpot for the next Powerball drawing on Saturday has an annuity value of $349 million and a cash value of $213.1 million after no ticket matched all five numbers and the power ball for the multi-state game's 17th drawing in a row.

However, New Jersey players were still lucky as a Powerball ticket worth $1 million matching five numbers was sold at Stop & Shop in Tenafly for Wednesday night's drawing. Two tickets matching four numbers and the power ball worth $50,000 each were sold at an Exxon Tiger Mart on Route 31 in Lebanon and the Acme supermarket on Route 9 in Freehold.

Wednesday's winning numbers were 5-28-33-38-42 and the power ball 19.

The Jersey Cash 5 Xtra drawing on Wednesday night also had four winning tickets that will share a jackpot of $419,328 by matching all five numbers. The winning numbers were 04, 08, 22, 30 and 37 and the XTRA number was: 02. The tickets were sold at Garden State News in Old Tappan, Stop & Show in Morris Plains, Country Farms in Toms River and CP's in Clifton.

"The retailers will each receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning tickets. Overnight, they have become four more ‘lucky locations’ for the very fortunate lottery winners," Drucker said.

There's also a Pick 6 Xtra ticket worth $5.2 million that has not yet been claimed from Monday night's drawing. The ticket was sold at Rachel's Market in Pennsville. Those winning numbers were 05, 09, 10, 18, 21 and 26. The XTRA Multiplier was 03

Losing Powerball tickets also have a chance to win a Powerball Power Cruise on board the Royal Caribbean Brilliance of the Sea featuring performances by Flo Rida and the Goo Goo Dolls. Players will need to create an account at NJPowerCruise.com or download the app in order to enter.
