We've revised the outlook for New Jersey back to what we told you on Monday.

There's a bit of rain to contend with here and there, but the promise of the last summer holiday weekend is enough to make you want to leave work right now.

The Garden State gets a couple more days with temperatures in the 70s before starting to feel more summerlike again.

New Jersey marked its midweek with the fifth confirmed tornado of the year in the state, but conditions will rapidly improve by Thursday night, clearing the way for a clear and wonderful weekend.

There will be very little to worry about in the forecast for the next few days across the Garden State, as we settle into an extended stretch of dry, warm weather for the end of July.

On Thursday, we previewed a bit of a rain chance in Friday's forecast. That now seems to have been removed, as we'll head into the weekend dry across the great Garden State.
