There were really impressive high temperatures yesterday.  A couple of records were broken.

Atlantic City's 89 broke the old record of 85 set in 1922. Trenton's high temperature of 87 broke that old record of 83, which was also set back in 1922

High temperatures yesterday reached record proportions.

Newark Liberty Airport's 85 broke the old record of 84 set in 1991.  Atlantic City at the airport tied the record of 85 set all the way back in 1959

Warm Weather Continues: Alan’s Weather Blog

High temperatures yesterday reached as warm as 78 in Mount Holly, 76 in Trenton and 77 in Wrightstown.  The normal high is 59.

We'll continue to be above normal during the next couple of days.  Patchy clouds and sunshine today

High temperatures yesterday reached the upper 40s to around 50.

Today, we'll do a little bit better in the low 50s with sunshine for a while until we have clouds coming in late.  Those late clouds will eventually lead to some rain in parts of the state tonight, especially in Central and South Jersey

High temperatures yesterday reached 65 at Newark Liberty Airport and Atlantic City International Airport, which was pretty close to what I had predicted.

Bu, today will not be as mild.  It will be in the upper 40s or low 50s with patchy clouds and sunshine and a gusty wind

The weekend forecast worked out pretty well.

I said near 60 on Saturday, and I think it got to 61 at Newark Liberty Airport, so that was a fair forecast.

And I said well into the 50s for yesterday, and it got to the mid to upper 50s, in most cases, for highs on Sunday afternoon

Most high temperatures Thursday afternoon didn't get out of the upper 40s.

It did get to 51 at Newark Liberty Airport.

Today, we will be in the low to mid 50s, despite the fact that the sky condition will be in the same condition it's been in the last few days

High temperatures yesterday reached the low to mid 50s.  Actually, Newark Liberty Airport was the exception at 56.

Everybody else was 51 or 52. The normal high is 55 now, so we are getting closer and closer to getting milder weather in here

That's not far away from where we should be.

There may be a passing shower chance between now and the end of the day in New Jersey.  Otherwise, variable clouds, some sun and a brisk wind with a few highs this afternoon reaching the low 50s or so

Well, I feel pretty good about my snowfall forecast.

I said a coating up to a few inches or so, maybe more, as much as two or three inches.

That is exactly what worked out, there were three inches in a couple of places from parts of Cumberland and Atlantic County and points north in Gloucester County
