A Totowa man's night when from bad to worse when a car he was riding was driven into the side of a house and would up falling down a cliff.

Little Falls Police told NJ Advanced Media the 18-yeear-old and the driver got out of the car after it crashed into a house on Long Hill Road and ran into the woods. The passenger wound up falling nearly 100 feet off a cliff and had to be rescued, according to the newspaper. A third passenger remained in the car due to the injuries he received in the crash.

Firefighters were able to locate the man by tracking his GPS.

“He didn’t know where he was, what happened to him, and he was injured,” acting Township Police Chief Steven Post told NorthJersey.com. No one was inside the home at the time of the crash.

The driver came back to the house and was charged with DWI and aggravated assault according NJ Advanced Media. Police did not disclose the names of anyone involved with the incident.
