Candidate Christie heads to Camden
Gov. Chris Christie brings his presidential campaign to New Jersey for a policy speech on justice system reforms.
He will use Camden as the backdrop.
One of the most crime-ridden cities in America, Christie's efforts to dismantle the city police force and replace it with a county-wide force has led to sharp decline in crime.
Christie will announce new reforms aimed at giving non-violent offenders a chance to rebuild their lives.
This speech is the fifth in a series aimed at framing Christie as a substantive candidate with specific policy ideas.
But, it has not led to such momentum just yet.
