Can D&D’s ‘Match Game’ result in a (clean) story?
If a picture is worth a thousand words...what is a picture of words...worth?
In this case, it depends what one does with these words...that I (literally) found in the garbage!
You might recall that I played "Match Game" with the guys back in May...
Earlier, Deminski & Doyle had played (yet) another round of "Match Game" on a Friday night.
Afterwards, all the little slips of paper with the matching (and not matching) answers were tossed.
Like 2 nights ago, I was on for Big Joe...
And, being at least somewhat ecologically friendly, I was rounding up scrap paper, and putting it in the paper recycling bin...when, it hit me!
I'll recycle these words into a story!
One of the things that I like to do in my "spare time" is write...
You give it your best shot, too! No pressure...
Let's see...
Once upon a time...
(great start, right?)
The "broken heart"ed middle "aged" "wife" despaired that she would ever have a child...to fit the "baby shoes" that her "aged" grandmother had given her, back when she was a but a wee child.
How are you doing, so far?
So, she....
What am I going to do with "thong" "salami" and not one but TWO "licked"?
Keeping this narrative CLEAN is...difficult, to say the least....even with more words...
How can I possibly work in a "thong" "g-string" "sheers" and "dog biscuits"...and still have a 'G-rated' story?
If I'm not...careful...this story may not be "stable."
There is a limit to my...uh...creativity!
Seriously.
I'm hitting the point of diminishing returns.
And, I like my job!
That being said, I think that I will take a cue from the words, and say:
How did you do?
