Camden Man Sentenced for PCP Distribution

Kevin Hannah, aka "ICU," was sentenced today to ten years in state prison on a first-degree charge of distributing the hallucinogenic drug PCP.

On two occasions in November and December of 2011, the 48 year old from Camden sold approximately an ounce of PCP's liquid form to a cooperating witness who was working with local and state officials. Hannah pleaded guilty last month.

Hannah had already been incarcerated and was not present in court for his sentencing.

His arrest was part of Operation Billboard, a nine-month investigation that led to the takedown of a major narcotics distribution network.
