Brutal Fight at Cherry Hill Mall Caught on Tape – Who’s to Blame? [VIDEO]

Footage of a nasty fight between young adults at the Cherry Hill Mall has surfaced on YouTube. Now, the issue of responsibility comes to play. Kids have always fought. But what this generation has that others didn’t was the ability to film such encounters. Whip out the smartphone, hit record and instant documentation. Before you know it, the video is on YouTube and the comments start to pile up. Who should be blamed? Obviously the kids in the fight. But what about the bystanders and the person who filmed the fight? The footage you about to watch is just over a minute which makes it nearly impossible for security to step in.
