Bruce Springsteen to Receive 2013 MusiCares Person of the Year

A recent report states that Bruce Springsteen will be adding another award to his legendary career in 2013.

On Friday February 8th, 2013 The Boss will be honored in recognition of his amazing accomplishments as well his charitable contributions as the MusiCares Person of the Year.

Springsteen's career has spanned almost 40 years including 17 studio albums with the most recent being Wrecking Ball, released this past March. Bruce was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1999. The Jersey born singer has supported charitable causes such as homelessness and hunger.
