Your 4th of July party host has the hamburgers and hot dogs...so what do you bring to the party that is easy to make...and will be a big hit?

Your pal Craig Allen is coming to your rescue!

Make this easy...and delicious...potato salad!

The 4th of July just isn't the 4th, without it!

Here's what you will need. (Craig Allen photo).

2 lbs potatoes (about 5-6 potatoes depending on size)

1 C mayonnaise

2 T vinegar

1/2 t salt

1/4 t pepper

1 C celery

1/2 C onion

READY?

Cut potatoes into smaller pieces.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes, or until soft.

Drain and cool.

Waiting for the mayo... (Craig Allen photo).

In a large bowl:

Add potatoes, celery and onions (I cut the celery and onions into smaller pieces, and then use my little electric "chopper" to save time).

Add salt, pepper, vinegar and mayonnaise.

Stir.

YUM! (Craig Allen photo).

Let cool (refrigerate)...

ENJOY!
