Brick Mayor Steve Acropolis Discusses Government Funding for Raising Homes [AUDIO]

Brick Mayor Steve Acropolis called in to the Jim Gearhart show this morning to discuss his plan to request that the Federal Government cover the costs for all Sandy victims who are required to raise their house under the new guidelines.

Although many families who had flood insurance will be eligible for Increased Cost of Compliance Grants of up to $30,000. That amount may not be enough cover the cost to raise many homes.
