From CNN, here's a video/story of the actual handover of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl to the U.S. military by the Taliban, and also of the 5 suspected Taliban terrorists by the U.S. Controversy has swirled around this decision. Was Bergdahl a deserter? The more we learn, the more it would seem likely.
Was the Obama administration's failure to notify congress of this move a mere 'oversight' as they have claimed? Perhaps the hardest question, what now? If indeed Bergdahl deserted, is his 5 years in captivity punishment enough or do we bring him home only to put him on trial and imprison him?
