Bon Appetit! — Dennis puts a thrilling twist on grilled cheeses

This week, Judi and I got to talking about the best sandwiches in New Jersey. Somehow the topic of fancy schmancy grilled cheese sandwiches came to light.

As we were discussing grilled cheese, Judi came up with "thrilled cheese" and we decided to make some of our own. Although the term "thrilled cheese" may have already been used, we're not sure if any of those can touch what I created.

I made four different types of grilled cheeses. Take a look at some of the stuff we put in these delicious sandwiches.
