A Stevens Institute of Technology spokeswoman says Mark Testa was found around 3 p.m. Monday in Palmer Hall, which is on the school's campus in Hoboken.

The school says the cause of death has not been determined, but there were no signs of violence or a struggle.

Testa's age and hometown were not immediately available Tuesday afternoon.

Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio says the death was initially classified as "suspicious" only because the student was found alone.

University officials moved students temporarily to another dorm. University officials tell The Jersey Journal that the body was found around 3 p.m. Monday.  The body was found on the third floor, according to a report issued by the campus newspaper, The Stute.
