Body found in Elizabeth, police say

ELIZABETH — Details remain few about the discovery of a body in Monday morning.

Union County Prosecutor's spokesman Mark Spivey said the body was found in the area of Walnut and Anna Streets in Elizabeth. He did not elaborate on any other details including the gender of the body. He said the county Homicide Task Force is investigating the incident.
