A boat that wound up in the middle of Route 70 in Brick is causing delays for the afternoon commute.

A truck pulling the boat on a trailer jackknifed between Herbertsville Road and Burnt Tavern Road with the boat winding up in the westbound lanes blocking all traffic and backing traffic up over the Manasquan River Bridge.

The Ocean County Hazardous Material Team has been deployed because of 150 gallons of gasoline flowing towards the storm drains according to the Ocean County Police, Fire & EMS Facebook page.
