Bill Spadea: Drunken NJ woman shouldn’t be allowed to sue police (Watch)

A drunken woman who broke her hip after falling off a chair while in the custody of Belmar police has now been told by an appeals court that she can continue her lawsuit because the Belmar officers failed to exercise reasonable care.

I think the way we handle lawsuits in this country needs an overhaul and this is a prime example as to why. See what I have to say about it in the video above.
