Bill Doyle finally finds a waterfall with water in northern New Jersey

After last week’s disappointment at Buttermilk Falls in the Delaware Water Gap, I was stoked to find plenty of water at the Great Falls in Paterson. The Great Falls are among the highest in the nation and are part of the Great Falls National Historical Park. They’re also remarkably easy to get to, as they are off a fairly busy street in Paterson; no dirt roads, no hiking through wilderness. They are very impressive!
