Big Joe’s Liverwurst Sculpture Of Jerry Jones

Here is an idea for your big party today. This is a bust of Dallas Cowboy’s owner Jerry Jones that was the centerpiece for my Super Bowl party at the Big Ranch a couple years ago, as the Super Bowl was in Dallas.

It was sculpted out of liverwurst by the Michael Angelo of liverwurst, my friend, Jay Hillyer. Thought I’d share this with you all. Needless to say this was the hit of the party! We served it with Ritz crackers and ate him. Very tasty!
