Few things cause New Jersey 101.5 staff members to stop in their tracks faster than a box of doughnuts sitting on a table, waiting to be devoured.

Tommy Farrell, a part-timer who previously interned at the station, is well aware of this fact. So when he recently decided to exact revenge on some of the employees who are "always messing with him" he knew what he needed to do.

We set up a hidden camera and a doughnut box and waited. There were no actual doughnuts in the box, but what Tommy did hide in there took staff members by surprise.

The best part about the prank is that it happened just in time for National Doughnut Day, which falls on June 2. Although the day acknowledges one of the most amazing pastries of all time, it originally began as a way to honor the Salvation Army Lassies who served doughnuts to soldiers during World War I.
