Beautiful, blue water on Jersey Shore?!

When you think of the waters off the Jersey Shore, your mind doesn't conjure up the gorgeous azure blue waters of the Mediterranean or the Caribbean.

Last week we had one of our many conversations about people's favorite towns and beaches at the shore. One guy called to criticize all of the shore for having "brown water" everywhere.

Now over the last few years I've noticed and featured here, some amazing pictures of pretty blue or blue/green water off our beaches. Mostly on LBI.

But this week, I took some pics in Atlantic City, yes that Atlantic City and Belmar, and the water was pretty damn nice. It's not the best I've seen at the shore, but each year I'm more and more impressed on how it's cleaned up plenty over the years.
