Bear crashes birthday party in Alaska

I don’t think I ever want to live in a place that requires “bear spray” but it came in handy for a family in Alaska. They were setting up for their child’s birthday party when a black bear that had climbed up on their roof crashed through a skylight and fell into their living room. The guests weren’t there yet, but the cupcakes were and the bear took a liking to them. When the bear wouldn’t wander out on his own, the father employed the bear spray, whatever that is, and that chased the bear back outside. That’s quite a predicament, having a bear in your house and you can’t chase him back the way he came in, especially if he’s in between you and the door. Fortunately, he wasn’t in between the homeowner and his bear spray. The bear was later shot by Juneau police.
