Beach day — Dennis and Judi at Casino Pier

Sun, sand, fun and lots of hot dogs were on tap Thursday as Dennis and Judi broadcasted live from Casino Pier on the Seaside Heights boardwalk.

In addition to meeting with listeners and beach-goers, they hosted a hot dog eating contest, as a continuation of National Hot Dog Day, which was Tuesday. The amateur hot dog eating contest, sponsored by Sabrett, challenged anyone with a big appetite to see how many Pier Grill hot dogs they can consume in 10 minutes. The winner ended up eating 19 hot dogs in the allotted time.
