Balloon Man gets in trouble for flying balloon chair through no-fly zone

The idea was great but the execution, not so much.  In what looked like a scene out of the movie 'Up!,' a Canadian man used 100 balloons tied to a lawn chair to fly high into sky. The plan actually worked as Daniel Boria was hoisted high into the air and his plan was to drop in on a rodeo in Calgary.

It didn't work exactly as planned though for Boria, as his magical chair flew into restricte air space and is now in jail.
