Baby Belly Touching Is Not Illegal After All In Pennsylvania
Turns out it's legal to touch a pregnant woman's belly in Pennsylvania. But it can still get you in trouble.
Pittsburgh television station WPXI reports that there is no law that bans the touching of a pregnant belly. It is, however, harassment.
Lawyer Phil DiLucente explains that when you "harass, annoy (or) alarm in the act of touching, then it’s a violation, a harassment charge,” according to the law in Pennsylvania said DiLucente.
