Here's some news that ought to make you feel warm and fuzzy: The New Jersey Turnpike is reuniting a 12-year-old boy with his beloved teddy bear.

The teddy got left behind at a Garden State rest stop during the New York family's road trip to North Carolina this week.

The family noticed it was missing once they they arrived at the Outer Banks and mom Julissa Viana took to Twitter to ask for help.

Turnpike Authority spokesman Tom Feeney said he saw the tweet and asked authority employees to help. The bear turned up at the Clara Barton Service Area in Oldmans Township.

 

Feeney said the authority is mailing the bear back to the family.
