Ronda Rousey was all smiles as she attended the Marine Ball in South Carolina with South Jersey Marine Lance Corporal Jarrod Haschert on Friday night.

The UFC fighter accepted Haschert's video invitation last September after it received 4 million views. However, it an eventful couple of months for Rousey who took a brutal beating from Holly Holm in a championship bout in Australia that Rousey told ESPN magazine left her with loosened teeth and a split lip.

As she recovered, Haschert didn't hear from Rousey — but held out hope that his celebrity crush would not stand him up.

His faith was rewarded when a TMZ crew captured her on video leaving her California home early Friday morning to catch a flight east for the ball.

“I’m going to the Marine Ball” said a smiling but tired Rousey. “I promised I’d go and it’s an honor to be asked.”

She said that had Haschert from Somerdale not asked her she’d probably be staying “on my couch crying and eating ice cream for another month, so it’s probably a good thing.”

The Ball was her first public appearance since the fight.

"Thank you Lance Cpl. Jarrod Haschert for taking me to the Marine Corps Ball, being such a gentleman, and putting a smile on my face again," Rousey wrote Saturday on Instagram.
