Autumn Pasquale’s Parents Battle Over Fund

The mother of a slain New Jersey girl is suing her ex-husband, saying he’s taken full control of the memorial fund set up in their daughter’s honor.

Her lawyers tell The Associated Press that Jennifer Cornwell also says Anthony Pasquale designed and ordered the headstone for their 12-year-old daughter’s grave without consulting her.

Autumn Pasquale disappeared while riding her bike in October in her hometown of Clayton. The whole community joined in the search.

The girl’s body was found two days later in a recycling bin.

Two teenage brothers have been charged with murder.
