Apparently high school athletic programs assembling “Dream Teams” has become a problem in New Jersey. Assemblymen John Buirzichelli plans to introduce a bill that will make it mandatory for high school athletes to play for their district's school, if that school offers their sport. They will not be allowed to take advantage of the choice program to play at a school that potentially has a better team.
Comedy lost another icon this morning. Otto Peterson, best known as “Otto and George,” passed away. As of now there’s no reason given for his death, but he did fall ill with Bacterial Meningitis last month. He was placed in a coma for over a week.
For a comic, there is no greater joy than being booked on “The Late Show with David Letterman.” Many comedians were inspired to pursue their dreams because they grew up watching Dave. With Letterman announcing his retirement, and Stephen Colbert being named his replacement, I thought it would be a good idea to reach out to someone who had done “The Late Show” to see what it’s like.

The continuing saga of Bridgegate took an interesting turn on Wednesday. Superior Court Judge Mary Jacobsen found no basis to force Bridget Anne Kelly, Governor Chris Christie's former deputy chief of staff, and Bill Stepien, his two-time campaign manager, to comply with the state’s subpoenas.
