The trouble with most cannibal stories is that the cannibal often turns out to be psychotic. There are very few cannibal stories in which the cannibal is a normal, well-adjusted person who just so happens to have a taste for human flesh. Alas, the most recent cannibal story in the news carries on the trend of psychos.

Every time the subject of self-driving cars has come up on the show, someone has called in to bring up the specter of having the computerized car hacked. Is that a legitimate concern? Would they really be able to hack into a self-driven car's computer?
I would have guessed kids were more resilient than that, but no, a new study finds that screaming at children does as much damage as hitting them, as reported in the Wall Street Journal. I'm sure a lot of parents have looked at yelling as the preferred alternative to striking their kids, but they'll have to rethink that strategy because the study found that yelling can cause "risk of depression and aggressive behavior."
