High temperatures Thursday did no better than 63 at Newark Liberty International Airport, and mostly 60 or 61. There was not much rain in Central or Northern Jersey, but that wasn't the case in South Jersey. In Atlantic City, three quarters of an inch fell, and there could have been some locally higher amounts in parts of Southern New Jersey...

Cloudy and Windy: Alan’s Weather Blog
There were a lot more high clouds around yesterday, which dimmed the sunshine and allowed high temperatures to do no better than 65 to near 70.
Naturally, Newark made 70.
It's going to be in the 60s for the next several days.
It will be mostly cloudy today with maybe some dim sun at times this morning, but becoming mostly cloudy with a gusty wind, especially near the ocean...

The weekend forecast was an interesting one.

Beyond many patchy clouds today, we'll be partly to mostly sunny with high temperatures no better than the low 70s...
Clouds and Some Sun: Alan’s Weather Blog
An amazing story yesterday in the weather.
Newark-Liberty Airport actually was three degrees below everybody else at 70, the coolest reading by far.
It was 73 in Trenton and Atlantic City.
Today is going to feature clouds and some sunshine, probably similar to yesterday...
Patchy Clouds and Some Sunshine: Alan’s Weather Blog
Wouldn't you know it?
My high temperature forecast of 70s for Newark fell five degrees short. Newark didn't get any higher than anybody else.
Atlantic City International Airport was 74, so was Newark Liberty Airport. It was a little bit cooler elsewhere...
Sunny Once Again: Alan’s Weather Blog
Tuesday's high temperatures were at it again.
Not in most places where I said near 70 or so, but Newark Liberty Airport put up 76. It somehow managed to do that.
Anyways, today, I'm covering for Newark's upper 70s with mid 70s for most of us with lots of sunshine, low humidity and cooler near the ocean with a wind off the water...
