Governor Chris Christie signed a bill on Tuesday that bans unsolicited advertising via text message. As Dennis Malloy and Michele Pilenza were discussing this bill,  the man who drew it up, Assemblyman Paul Moriarty (D), called in to discuss the details and what it means for New Jersey residents.

Assemblyman Moriarty defends the bill, stating that while unsolicited text messaging may not be a widespread issue, it's better to prevent it now than to wait for it to become a problem.
