An Asbury Park man registered in the state's sex offender file has been charged with exposing himself to two children inside the Bradley Beach public library.

NJ.com reports Michael Carlucci, 30, of Asbury Park walked up to an 8 and 11-year-old pulled down his zipper and began touching himself last Tuesday. It was the second time in two days he had been arrested at the library. Carlucci was arrested on two counts of second-degree sexual assault on a minor and one count of fourth-degree trespassing according to NJ.com.

He is being held on $400,000 cash bail and ordered to stay away from the library.

Carlucci was convicted in 2008 for similar behavior in front of two minors age 13 and 16 according to his New Jersey State Police Sex Offender Registry profile.
