On Tuesday, 26-year-old Eugene Reeves of Freehold and 25-year-old Zachariah Famula of Manalapan were arrested for allegedly stealing landscaping equipment in the Hamilton Station patrol area. According to an emailed press release from NJSP, the arrests stemmed from 24 separate investigations from local residencies and businesses.

"Over the course of four months, Reeves and Famula sold more than $19,000 worth of landscaping and yard equipment to a pawn shop in Pennsylvania," the press release said.

The investigation began on May 27 when the owner of Elite Landscaping in Allentown, New Jersey reported a burglary and theft of a multiple chainsaws, backpack power and other equipment.
