Arrest made in deadly Lakewood fight

TOMS RIVER (AP) — Authorities have arrested a man on charges stemming from a fight in Lakewood which left a man dead.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office says 29-year-old Filiberto Jimenez-Villanueva got into an argument with 56-year-old Adan Morales on Sunday.

Authorities say Jimenez-Villanueva knocked Morales to the ground. Morales was taken to a hospital and died of head injuries on Monday.

Jimenez-Villanueva was arrested on Thursday and is held on $750,000 bail, charged with murder.

It is not known if he has a lawyer who can comment on the charge.
