Twenty-six-year-old Arnell Yearwood of Irvington was being held Monday on $1 million bail. He faces felony murder charges in the death of 54-year-old Diane Zaleski, whose body was found by family members in her Union Township home in November 2010.

Authorities say it's not clear if Yearwood knew Zaleski, who suffered multiple injuries that led to her death. And a motive has not been disclosed.

Union County Prosecutor Theodore Romankow says a friend of Yearwood's called police after Yearwood allegedly mentioned the case during an online conversation. The investigation was led by the county's Homicide Task Force.

It was not known if Yearwood has retained a lawyer.
