The Passaic County prosecutor's office says 18-year-old Casey Cole of Wayne was arrested Friday and faces felony murder and other charges. Bail has been set at $2 million.

A call to Cole's attorney Friday went unanswered.

Police said 18-year-old Isaac Rinas and a friend drove to Paterson after he had received his diploma Wednesday from Wayne Valley High School.

Police told The Record newspaper Rina was fatally shot in the neck by a man who demanded money.

The newspaper says the shooting occurred in an area known by police as a haven for drug activity.
