Judi has been discussing the topic on air today regarding whether you can "un-plug" yourself from society every so often.

As technology continues to evolve, we find ourselves more connected, either through our phones, tablets or computers.  Are are you able to shut off and take time away from your technology or are absolutely addicted to all of you electronic gadgets?

Judi readily admits that she is totally addicted to technology and remains connected no matter where she goes. Even when Judi travels overseas, she'll sign up for long-distance roaming on her phone and tablet to stay in touch.
