I've been in vocal opposition of the World Health Organization's claim that bacon and other processed meats cause cancer, but this morning I was challenged by a medical professional to think again.

"I stay away from all four-legged animals," said Dr. Charles Simone, a cancer expert who formerly attended President Ronald Reagan, of his own diet. "60% of men's cancers and 40% of women's cancers are related to high fat foods including four-legged animals, shellfish, and dairy products."

What about those doctors who suggest fatty foods in moderation? According to Simone, you "simply increase you risk" of cancer and other diseases by eating them, regardless of portion size.

Your safe foods are two-legged animals like chicken and turkey, fish, and veggies with the exception of soy.
