I guess it pays to remember that the animals in a zoo are WILD animals, even in captivity. At a zoo in Norway, a young giraffe got its head stuck in a fence and a type of antelope, an eland, took advantage of its vulnerable position to gore the giraffe.

The giraffe was in an enclosure with several different types of animals, including the antelope and zebras. The zoo was open at the time of the attack and it was witnessed by an estimated 30 people, including children.
